Happy Holidays!

We’ve been busy as field mice with fall planting and getting ready for the fall and winter holidays. So, we’re sending you some information and pictures in the attachment below to let you see what we’re up to.

Fall is a great time for planting, as all you good gardeners know. Roots continue to grow until the soil freezes hard and deep. ALL of our perennials, excepting the dwarf conifers, are now 40% off.

We have also gotten some select bulbs in. In addition to those pictured, we have a number of miniature daffodils and grape hyacinths for the border, path, or rock garden; true lilies and foxtail lilies; Chionodoxa; Scilla; Crocus; and dwarf Iris.

For Halloween and Thanksgiving, we have pumpkins, squash, gourds, corn stalks, Indian corn, broomcorn sheaves and wreaths, and straw bales in three sizes. Our Halloween figurines by artists such as Lori Mitchell are wonderfully whimsical.

Bring your little ones in for Treats on Friday, October 27th and Saturday the 28th.

For those of you who once patronized Sunnybrook Farms Nursery, we have Jenny’s catnip mice-always a favorite!

For the Holidays we will have 6-7 and 7-8 foot Fraser firs, roping, and greens for your own creations. Our designers can make Kissing Balls, Boxwood and mixed greens trees; customized centerpieces for hearth and table, swags, wreaths, and greens arrangements. Choose from our selection of containers or bring your own for us to fill. A Christmas pre-order will give you 5% off!

We will have beautiful Christmas gifts, ornaments and decorations. Birds are a theme this year. Stop in for a preview on the weekend of Dec.1 and 2, an Open House weekend, where we’ll also be featuring the marvelous ceramic work of our own Megan John.

Do drop in soon to look around and say hi! Please be sure to open the attachment and to forward this message to interested friends.
